Gold Medal

Awarded a 1982 Gold Medal, Scarlet Luminette was an improved type of Chabaud Carnation suitable for both the home gardener and cut flower purposes. Being and F1 hybrid it showed hybrid vigor and an abundance of flowers.

Scarlet Luminette is also the recipient of the All-America Selections award for performance in North American trials.
